Brandon Park

Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge across eCommerce leadership and P&L management, with a particular focus on scale and sustainable growth. At BRANDED, Brandon focuses on leading the DTC (Shopify) business across all brands, in addition to overseeing the multi-channel Sports & Nutrition category. Prior to joining BRANDED, he spent time as an investment banker at Citi, private equity investor at Pantheon, Digital Board Advisor to 3G Capital (Brazil) and, most recently, as COO of WIN Brands, a DTC-focused eCommerce platform where he oversaw a 450%+ CAGR over 4 years (including a stint as CEO of Homesick Candles), profitably.

Kristen Chang

With 8 years of experience in consumer goods marketing and management consulting, Kristen has conducted strategic product launches in the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. She is currently responsible for BRANDED portfolio expansion to markets outside of the US, including Europe, Canada, and Mexico.

Tristan de Belloy

After experience in management consulting, Tristan was instrumental in building the e-commerce leadership in Southeast Asia for Lazada. As CMO, he built and led diverse, international teams across 8 portfolios – Digital Marketing, Branding, Social, PR, Partnerships, Product Management, Monetization, and Merchandising. Tristan joined BRANDED as VP Marketing where he leads the overall marketing department, across all channels including DTC, to build the platform to scale marketplace and digitally native brands.

Sarah Gidick

Sarah brings to BRANDED over 10 years of experience in social media from brand-building to cross-platform audience growth and engagement. She is a social media strategist and writer, serving in senior positions at fashion institutions such as The Hollywood Reporter, Brut, and Tamara Mellon. Her work has appeared in Billboard Magazine, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue and many more and she has reported from red carpet events, including the Golden Globes and the Oscars.

Alex Meyerguz

Alex has 14 years of experience in senior roles at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, M&A, and capital raising across the consumer products and e-commerce industries. At BRANDED, he is responsible for business development, strategic planning, financial analysis, acquisitions, due diligence and brand integration – particularly for the Health & Wellness sector.

Olivia Jones

Olivia spent a decade at Goldman Sachs, where she worked across M&A origination and execution, capital raising, and broader corporate strategy in the tech sector. At BRANDED, she is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and integration of UK-based brands and our brands in the Parent & Baby vertical.

Cedric Varin

Cedric is a seasoned retail and e-commerce leader with a successful track record of managing high growth brands and businesses. After 6 years with McKinsey, Cedric joined Etam, a leading French lingerie brand, as International Director, doubling the size of the international business. Later, he helped third-party sellers grow their businesses exponentially as country leader for FBA at Amazon. Cedric currently serves as VP of Marketplace Operations at BRANDED, focusing on Amazon marketplace growth for our brands.

Sophia Yu

Sophia brings over 20 years of supply chain and supplier management experience to Branded, where she manages functions of sourcing, purchasing, logistics and quality. She leads the team in China to source and develop the suppliers which deliver the products at the best cost and quality to the consumers in U.S and EU. Prior to Branded, Sophia worked for Walmart Global Sourcing in China and previously Newell Rubbermaid, Deloitte Consulting, and P&G in other parts of Asia and Australia.

Gilles Bentegeat

For 14 years, Gilles worked across sales, marketing, and general management functions for Procter & Gamble in Western Europe and the US. Most notably, working as the marketing lead for Gillette in Europe. He joined BRANDED as the Product Strategy VP, in charge of building a product launch platform across our acquired brands. Currently, he is focusing on our Beauty and Personal care division, managing the P&L of our brand portfolio in this category.

Katherine Bakotic

Katherine is a retail management professional with 10 years of expertise in strategy, marketing, and customer experience at premium brands. By leading strategic projects across topics and functions for brands like Kate Spade and Nike, Katherine excels in operationalizing consumer insights into tangible go-to-market strategies. At BRANDED, she is responsible for defining the corporate brand, raising brand awareness, leading the referral program, and engaging with ecommerce seller communities.

Sean Foley

Sean Foley is Associate General Counsel of BRANDED, leading legal review of our acquisitions and strategic investments workstreams. He focuses on negotiating, finalizing, and integrating Amazon FBA, DTC and other e-commerce transactions within our portfolio. Prior to joining BRANDED, Sean was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP where he focused on advising private equity sponsors & multi-national companies in structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity offerings and other corporate matters. As a CrossFit enthusiast, Sean is particularly excited about working with and growing our brands in the fitness and supplements space.

Maru is a skilled Supply Chain professional with experience in distribution, production and sales forecasting with a diverse background across various sectors but most recently luxury. At BRANDED, she is responsible for the US & Canadian markets ensuring the correct stock availability across all distribution channels and brands to continue to grow the business.

Adam Kirk

Adam comes from a seasoned product & technology background and has previously grown DTC tech with multi-national scale. He joins BRANDED as the Director of Product Management for DTC – focusing on building a technology platform that enables BRANDED to efficiently operate multiple brands, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Prior to BRANDED, Adam led the product team at Pomelo Fashion, helped grow‘s peer-to-peer lending program in the US, and built out marketing technology at Credit Karma.
